The Housing Authority has partnered with AffordableHousing.com, which provides an enhanced program to list rental properties online. Listings are available to potential Housing Choice Voucher tenants seeking apartment units, duplexes, single-family homes or townhomes in the private market. If you have any questions regarding registering, creating, or viewing property listings, please call the AffordableHousing toll free help line at 1-866-466-7328. It is recommended that landlords add photos to their listing for better advertising and faster lease up.

Current Section 8 Landlords
Your direct deposit advice will only be available online unless you notify us that you must receive a paper copy. To receive a paper advice in the mail, please email accounting@csha.us
To view your statement online, go to www.AssistanceCheck.com, and click on "Create Owner Account". You will need your Tax ID number and PIN to register. Please email accounting@csha.us for your PIN. This also allows you to view and print an 18-month history and current year-to-date totals of payments made to you.
If you currently use www.hmsforweb.com/pal, that website will only be available until 7/1/20 as all account information has already been moved to www.AssistanceCheck.com.
