Pay Rent

Beginning October 2nd, 2017, you will be able to pay your rent to the Housing Authority online, following the link below, ONLY if the following pertains to you:

You are not a Section 8 Voucher holder.
You are a tenant with an account in good standing on Public Housing or reside at Centennial Plaza, Franklin Square, Senior Heritage Plaza, Southview Plaza, Rio Grande Village, Shooks Run, Kiowa, Pikes Peak.
You do not currently have your rent auto-withdrawn from your bank account at the beginning of each month.
You have a bank account or credit card available to pay your rent online.

Click here to pay your rent, you will be taken to the Pay Lease website where you can create an account, or log in, to pay your rent to the Housing Authority.
