None of our online forms are applications for any wait list and will not be considered as such. These forms are only for current applicants, tenants, and/or landlords. You will receive an email requesting to verify your email address once you have completely filled the form out and submitted it. All online forms will automatically be sent to the Housing Authority upon final verification of your email address so there is no need to copy the form and send that to the Housing Authority.

Warranty of Habitability – Tenant is entitled to safe and healthy housing under Colorado’s warranty of habitability and a landlord is prohibited by law from retaliating against a tenant in any manner for reporting unsafe conditions in the tenant’s residential premises, requesting repairs, or seeking to enjoy the tenant’s right to safe and healthy housing.
To report an uninhabitable condition under the Warranty of Habitability pursuant to C.R.S. § 38-12-501, et seq., please contact your assigned case manager by phone or email, or mail or deliver a handwritten notice to 335 S. Wahsatch Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80909. Thank you.
