Public Housing Single- and Multi-Family Homes
The Colorado Springs Housing Authority owns and manages 706 single-family and multi-family homes scattered throughout the Colorado Springs area. The link at the bottom of this page is for the income limits used to determine eligibility for these programs. Our Public Housing Programs receive funding and oversight from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Public Housing Senior and/or Disabled Housing
Located in beautiful downtown Colorado Springs, Acacia offers one-bedroom and efficiency (zero-bedroom/studio) units.
Located in East Colorado Springs, CDC offers one-bedroom apartments for senior and/or disabled residents.
Located in the Palmer Park area of East Colorado Springs, Crestview offers one-bedroom apartments for senior and/or disabled residents.
Located in the West-Central area of Colorado Springs, Katherine Bates offers one-bedroom apartments for senior and/or disabled residents.
Located near Prospect Lake in Memorial Park, PLA offers one-bedroom apartments for senior and/or disabled residents.
