CSHA is pleased to announce we have partnered with a new online rent payment service, RentPayment. Eligible tenants will be able to pay their rent online using a variety of different payment options including: ACH, credit card, debit card, and more. Tenants will be able to setup automatic payments and payment reminders through their RentPayment account. Paying your rent on time using RentPayment will earn you points toward rewards via the Pinata Program. Tenants who pay their rent with a debit or credit card will incur a service fee, while those who setup ACH payments will not have any service fees incurred. As such, we strongly recommend paying your rent via ACH. Eligible tenants will receive a flyer with a QR code specific to their program posted to their doors or delivered via USPS, and should receive an email with additional information in the coming days. 

To register for your RentPayment account, please visit https://rentpayment.com, scroll to the NEW USERS section, click on the blue “SETUP ACCOUNT” button, and enter in your address.

Unfortunately, we do not accept online rent payment for any of our Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 participants.
