Work Orders

If you are an active participant on one of our Public Housing, Senior and/or Disabled, or Managed Property Programs, you can submit a work order for repairs by calling (719) 387-6700 and pressing 4, calling (719) 387-6742, or sending an email to workorder@csha.us during normal working hours. 

Emergency Work Orders

If you are an active participant on one of our Public Housing, Senior and/or Disabled, or Managed Property Programs, you can submit an Emergency Work Order during normal working hours by calling (719) 387-6742. If you have an emergency outside of normal working hours or on Federal Holidays, please call (719) 578-7835. Below is a list of items that qualify as emergencies:

  • Gas leaks
  • Furnaces
  • Broken water lines
  • No electricity
  • No hot water
  • Water heater leaking
  • Refrigerator or range not working
  • Smoke detector sounding
  • Resident locked out
  • Toilet water will not shut off
  • Stopped up sinks, drains, or single bathroom toilets
  • Main sewer back-ups
  • Broken windows
  • Entry doors unable to lock
  • Elevator down

If you are a Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 participant, unfortunately, the CSHA is not responsible for repairs or maintenance on any units participating in our HCV/Section 8 program. Please contact your landlord or property manager for assistance with repairs.
